Together with the company INHAG, AXSOL has won a tender from the Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance (BBK).

Under the project title “Mobile vehicle halls with energy containers”, INHAG will supply three large tents, each of whose consumers will be supplied with regenerative electricity by one of AXSOL’s energy containers.
The project integrates lithium iron phosphate batteries, direct methanol fuel cells, a mobile photovoltaic system and an emergency power generator in hardened 10-foot containers and thus strives for a state-of-the-art, innovative way of providing energy. The intelligent, multifunctional Energy Management System monitors the energy flows of all energy generators and storage units and automatically controls them to continuously supply tent fans, lighting and charging devices for the emergency vehicles with energy, even in isolated operation.

The energy containers are ideally suited for sustainable, resilient use in civil protection and can be used to accommodate personnel or refugees in addition to vehicles and equipment.

Other special features of the energy containers we provide include:

– an automatic fire alarm system with extinguishing system
– air conditioning
– a wireless remote monitoring system at a distance of at least 100 m
– as well as protective measures against bullets

We are looking forward to this joint lighthouse project and will continue to report on it in the following weeks and months! More information on the project is also available on the BBK website.
